Bay Pool Services provides residential and commercial pool maintenance, repair, and related services in the Monterey/Pebble Beach area. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Service Agreements

  • All service agreements must be confirmed in writing or through our booking system

  • Service schedules are subject to weather conditions and technician availability

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Payment terms are net 15 days unless otherwise specified

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe access to pool equipment and service areas

  • Maintain adequate water levels for service visits

  • Notify us of any pool equipment malfunctions or safety hazards

  • Ensure pets are secured during service visits

  • Pay for services according to agreed terms

5. Limitation of Liability

Bay Pool Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing equipment defects or failures

  • Damage resulting from customer negligence or third-party actions

  • Delays caused by weather, equipment availability, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Consequential damages arising from service interruptions

6. Warranty and Guarantees

  • We guarantee workmanship for 30 days from service completion

  • Equipment warranties are subject to manufacturer terms

  • Chemical balancing results may vary based on environmental factors and pool usage

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bay Pool Services and protected by copyright laws.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and any disputes will be resolved in Monterey County courts.
